MINIMUM ORDER QTY:

Our minimum order quantity is 24 units. This can be made up of any combination or scents and sizes. Mixed cases are counted as the quantity of candles contained in each case.

 

ORDER FREQUENCY:

We request that an initial order is placed within 3 months of account creation. To secure exclusivity for your area we request that at least one order is placed within each 6-month period thereafter.

(If the above criteria are not met, your account may be placed on hold or disabled to allow potential new stockist applications to be considered for that area. If you need additional time or assistance, we encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to help)

 

SAMPLES:

A scent sample pack can be ordered which contains an individual tealight in each of our current range scents to help with selecting the right products for your retail space.

 

TESTERS:

Testers are available to purchase in each of our scents and sizes and come with a tester label so customers can easily identify and prevent potential damage to other stock.

 

PAYMENT/INVOICES:

Payment must be made before your order is despatched. We accept BACS, bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal.
When paying via bank transfer, we expect to receive the full invoice total. Bank fees are the responsibility of the buyer and goods will not be released until the full invoice total has been received. Our bank details are shown below. Please quote your order number in the payment reference.

DELIVERY:

UK Delivery:

Shipping for orders up to £299.99 (ex VAT) - £7.95

Free shipping for orders over £300 (ex VAT)

DPD are our preferred courier.

Any items damaged in transit or discrepancies must be notified in writing within 5 days of delivery. We are on hand to help with any issues so please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

European/Worldwide Delivery:

Shipping to countries outside the UK is based on the weight and size of parcels on the order and will be calculated at the checkout stage. We ship primarily using UPS & DHL. 

Any items damaged in transit or discrepancies must be notified in writing within 5 days of delivery. We are on hand to help with any issues so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) service. 

The ordering customer is responsible for paying all customs, duties and fees after their goods have arrived in the destination country.

In this scenario, local customs will contact you, and any outstanding charges must be paid before goods will be released for final delivery.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unfortunately unable to ship Matches to anywhere outside the UK and we cannot ship Reed Diffusers anywhere outside Europe.  We apologise for any disappointment caused.

LEAD TIMES:

Lead times are usually no more than 3-5 working days and can often be less. During peak times this may increase but we will endeavour to keep you updated with the progress of your order. Orders containing quantities greater than x24 of any particular product or are greater than £1000 may be subject to a slighltly longer lead time.

Lead times for European/Worldwide deliveries will be longer due to the additional customs requirements.

If you're in a rush for stock please let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate. 

 

RETURNS:

Notification of damaged items must be made in writing within 5 days of delivery. Goods may only be returned once you have been in touch with us. We would be particularly grateful if you could include images of any damages in your communications with us so we can investigate the issue with our courier.

Carriage expenses for the return of non-faulty goods are to be covered by the customer.

 

PRICES:

We retain the right to increase prices due to inflation in material and production costs, but these will be kept to a minimum and advance notice will be given.

 

ONLINE SELLING:

If you wish to retail our products online, we ask that you notify us when applying to become a stockist or should your circumstances change. We are not able to supply to customers who wish to trade our products on eBay, Google Shopping, Not On The High Street, Etsy or Amazon.

 

PRODUCT IMAGES/DESCRIPTIONS:

We ask that stockists that have been approved to sell online take their own product images and write their own product descriptions. This is to prevent Google and other search engines detecting duplicated content and penalising the websites involved.

 

EXCLUSIVITY:

We will carefully review new stockist applications to ensure that existing stockists are given exclusivity for their area. We reserve the right to supply multiple new stockists that we feel to be a reasonable distance apart from each other.
