Delivery & Returns
Wholesale orders are delivered by FedEx on 1-2 day delivery service. All orders over £200 including VAT are carriage paid.
Lead times are usually no more than 2-3 working days are can often be less. During peak times this may increase but we will endeavour to keep you updated. If you're in a rush for stock please let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate.
We regret that promotional codes cannot be applied to wholesale orders.
At this time we are unable to despatch wholesale orders outside of the UK.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance and we'll get straight on it.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damaged may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
