UK Delivery:

Shipping for orders up to £299.99 (ex VAT) - £7.95

Free shipping for orders over £300 (ex VAT)

DPD are our preferred courier.

Any items damaged in transit or discrepancies must be notified in writing within 5 days of delivery. We are on hand to help with any issues so please do not hesitate to contact us.

European Delivery:

Shipping to European countries outside the UK is based on the weight of the order and will be calculated at the checkout stage. We ship primarily with DPD.

RETURNS:

Notification of damaged items must be made in writing within 5 days of delivery. Goods may only be returned once you have been in touch with us.

Carriage expenses for the return of non-faulty goods are to be covered by the customer.

LEAD TIMES:

Lead times are usually no more than 3-5 working days and can often be less. During peak times this may increase but we will endeavour to keep you updated. If you're in a rush for stock please let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate.
